How much do you charge?

Answer -First of all our initial meeting with you is free, the intention of which is to learn more about your business, establish a relationship with you and see if there is anything we can help you with. At this point we will agree a date and time for a more detailed Discovery Session which is FREE for the first 30 minutes of the Discovery Session or you can book a  1 hour session for only £60.00. Typically any work commissioned from the Discovery Session is based on a rate appropriate to the service we are providing.

Who are your services for?

Answer -Our target market are business owners/ Managing Directors of organisations with 5 plus staff and /or a turnover in excess of £500,000.00 . Having said that we do work with start-ups, Micro's and SME's of all sizes.

Why would I use you?

Answer - It is the old adage of working "in" a business rather than "on" it. As the business owner you are probably dealing with (fire fighting maybe) the daily issues that are ending up on your desk because the 'buck' ultimately stops with you. By working with us you have access to a professional who knows what it takes to run a business. The benefits of this is that we are able to take an unbiased view of your business and work with you on the business. It can also be a lonely place and having an experienced ear to use as a sounding board will relieve some of the day to day pressures that you may be experiencing.

What happens if I don't agree with your findings?

Answer - In the unlikely event that you do not agree with our findings we will discuss the reasons why and potentially re-visit our findings but we will always leave the final decision to you.

How will it affect my workforce?

Answer - The objective of engaging us as a consultant would be to improve the company, grow the company, eliminate losses or make the company much more profitable and secure. We find when we communicate this message to the workforce explaining the part that they are able to play usually they want to co-operate in any way they can as they see it being beneficial to protecting the company and therefore protecting their jobs.

Will the associated work be strictly confidential?

Answer - Absolutely. Our code of ethics strictly forbids any discussion in relation to your business with anyone else.

Is it a 'hard sell' by your company carrying out the Discovery Session?

Answer -  Absolutely not as during our initial meeting we would explain the purpose and associated benefits of engaging us to conduct a discovery session but be really clear that you are in control of all decisions relating to engaging our support.

How do I know I am getting the right specialist?

Answer - By undertaking a detailed Discovery Session we will identify the most appropriate specialist required to support your business. We have a small number of specialists which form our trusted and collaborative network guaranteeing the credibility of the specialist introduced. The choice will be discussed with you before the work is confirmed and you will have the opportunity to meet this person to discuss their experience before any work is started within your company.

How much will I be expected to do?

Answer - We would require you to assist us initially in providing all necessary information and work with us to implement the solutions to the problems that have been identified. The relationship between us will be one of partnership where we work together to make sure that the solutions to the company's problems are implemented fully. Obviously if we do this it will ensure the company gains the most from this exercise and we would not ask you to do anything unplanned or put pressure on the time you spend running the company.

How quickly will I see results?

Answer - Very quickly, certainly within the first 90 days. It is worth mentioning though that we can only be effective if you and your business are committed to learning and implementing change, and are open to being helped and taught how to improve your business. If you have been in business for a while you will know that "quick fixes" don't work and meaningful improvement can take time. It normally takes 12 months to effect significant change you will however, see small improvements in your business each month which add up to significant overall improvement.

How do you guarantee your services?

Answer - We are as good as our last job! We are confident in our ability to provide you with a service that will help your business develop , grow and reduce unnecessary risks. For most of the support we provide there are no long term contracts but a simple consultancy agreement that you are able to cancel at any time.

Can you start immediately?

Answer -  We are able to facilitate the initial meeting at reasonably short notice. Should we be engaged to carry out further pieces of work we would always take a collaborative approach to agreeing a timely start with you.
